The house is for rent on a weekly basis. Normally from Saturday to Saturday @ $850.00 per week plus Bond of $200.00.

Two bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of seven people. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a set of bunks, the other has a set of bunks and a single bed. There is a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic equipment - Gas cooking, Microwave etc. An inventory is supplied when booking. TV, Video, Radio/CD, and DVD players are in the lounge area. (Take your own music or DVD etc).

There is a gas BBQ outside which is supplied from the house gas, also an outdoor setting. Two fish filleting areas are at the back of the house, which has plenty of room to park a boat trailer next to the house. There are outdoor lights.
